  1. Introduction
    By registering for this e-learning course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation, access, and use of the course materials. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration.
  2. Course Enrolment and Verification
    1. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order (if applicable).
    2. The course is intended for the registered learner only and may not be transferred to another person without prior written consent.
    3. Learners must provide accurate personal information during registration. A copy of the learner’s identification document or passport will be required.
    4. Please note that verification software will be used. To maintain the integrity of assessments, verification software may be used to confirm learner identity and monitor assessment completion. By enrolling, you consent to such verification measures.
  3. Course Access and Materials
    1. Upon successful registration, learners will receive access to course materials through the designated learning platform.
    2. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
    3. Access to the course is granted for a period of six (6) months. Learners must complete the course within this period.
  4. Payment and Refunds
    1. All fees must be paid as per the payment terms provided during registration.
    2. Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
    3. In cases where refunds are applicable, a written request must be submitted, and processing fees may apply.
    4. Refunds are not provided for partially completed courses. In exceptional circumstances, learners may apply for course deferment instead of a refund.
  5. Course Completion and Certification
    1. Learners must complete all required activities, assessments, and evaluations to be eligible for certification. For certain courses, assessments must be completed after each module. A minimum pass rate of 60% must be achieved for each module before the learner can proceed to the next module.
    2. Certificates will only be issued to learners who meet the minimum course completion requirements.
    3. The issuing of certificates is subject to verification of compliance with course requirements.
    4. Certificates will be issued digitally. A printed copy can be requested for an additional fee.
  6. Intellectual Property
    1. All course materials, including content, videos, presentations, and assessments, are copyright-protected and remain the intellectual property of Labour Guide CC.
    2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
  7. Code of Conduct
    1. Learners must engage in respectful and professional conduct when participating in the course and any related discussions or forums.
    2. Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or cheating, will result in immediate suspension or removal from the course without a refund.
    3. The use of offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or behavior is not permitted.
  8. Technical Requirements and Support
    1. Learners are responsible for ensuring they meet the necessary technical requirements (such as internet access, compatible devices, and software) to complete the course.
    2. Labour Guide CC is not responsible for technical issues arising from the learner’s equipment or internet service provider.
    3. Technical support is available for platform-related issues during specified support hours (excluding public holidays):
      • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
      • Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
  9. Privacy and Data Protection
    1. By registering, learners consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for course administration purposes.
    2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
    3. Learners have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.
  10. Liability and Disclaimers
    1. Labour Guide CC does not guarantee that course completion will result in job placement or career advancement.
    2. While efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of course content, Labour Guide CC is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
    3. Learners participate in the course at their own risk. Labour Guide CC is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of course participation.
    4. Labour Guide CC shall not be held liable for any technical failures, interruptions, or loss of data arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to power outages, cyber-attacks, or software malfunctions.
  11. Termination and Suspension
    1. Labour Guide CC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the course if a learner violates these terms and conditions.
    2. No refunds will be provided in cases of suspension or termination due to misconduct or non-compliance.
  12. Terms and Conditions Applicable to Cancellation / Postponement
    1. Payment Methods:
      Payment for e-learning courses must be made using one of the accepted methods, which may include:
      PayPal
      EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)/ Invoice reference must be used.
      An approved purchase order (where applicable).
      Payment must be completed before access to the course is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing. No course certificates will be issued before full payment has been made and confirmed by Labour Guide CC.
    2. Course Fees and Pricing:
      The course fee is as stated at the time of registration. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect learners who have already registered and paid. Promotional or discounted pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
    3. Booking of Two or More Delegates for a Particular E-Learning Course
      When an individual or organization registers multiple delegates for a specific e-learning course and payment is received or an approved purchase order is provided, course coupons will be issued to the registered delegates.

      The person who made the booking will be able to view the course progress and results of the registered delegates.
    4. Discount for Bulk Bookings (10 or More Delegates per Course)
      Where an employer books 10 or more delegates for a specific course, they will be charged for only 9 delegates (one learner can attend for free for every 10 bookings received).
    5. Payment Confirmation
      Once payment is received and processed, a confirmation email with the course access details will be sent to the registered learner or the organisation’s course coordinator.

      Access to the course will not be granted until payment is successfully received. In the event of a failed or missing payment, the issue must be resolved before access is provided.
    6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
      • Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
        • The learner submits a written request for a refund within seven (7) days of purchase (if applicable).
        • The learner has not accessed the course or started.
      • No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
        • If the learner has already accessed the course or started the course.
        • If the refund request is made after the refund period has expired.
        • If access is revoked due to a violation of the course terms and conditions.

          Refund processing time may take up to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method used.

          If a course is cancelled by Labour Guide CC, learners will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
    7. Non-Payment and Course Access
      If payment is not received or is disputed after access has been granted, course access may be suspended or revoked.

    8. Security and Fraud Prevention
      All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of payment information.

      Any suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and course access will be denied.
    9. Changes to Terms
      Labour Guide CC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled learners.

      Continued use of the e-learning course after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new payment terms.
  13. Amendments and Governing Law
    1. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Learners will be notified of any significant changes.
